Board & Committees

Yellow Springs Home, Inc. is a membership organization. Once a year the general membership meets and elects trustees to the board. Some of these nominations are made by the board and some by the membership. The board has up to 15 members, at least one-third of whom are income qualified to own a Home, Inc. home, representing our constituency. There is always a Community Land Trust homeowner representative on the board alongside public representation.
