Join an energetic team to provide leadership in a supportive environment for capacity building to support mission growth, improved local housing options marketed and designed for diversity and inclusion, community relationship building and strategic partnerships, and expanded financial coaching and client empowerment programs. You will be mentored in many aspects of community and organizational development by a dedicated team. You will leave your year of service with the satisfaction of learning a great deal, contributing to lasting social justice, and gaining transferable skills to step confidently into your next challenge.

Tasks for the Stewardship VISTA include work on expanding financial coaching and empowerment programs and developing client-first programming, including by being part of advancing local housing options marketed and designed for diversity and inclusion.
Tasks for the Outreach VISTA include expanding and building capacity for existing fundraising, outreach, and community-first programming efforts.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is hard-working, organized, and open to learning and working with diverse groups.
