Videographer Patti Dallas created this short documentary  showcasing the first home in the West Davis Street project, completed in 2012. The film features the first fully wheelchair accessible home built by Home, Inc. The home, based on Passive House design features, uses nearly 50% less energy than a conventional home of the same size. The energy efficient blueprints will be adapted for use in future projects.
