The newly rehabbed apartment includes off-street parking, a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, one full bath, a basement with extra storage, a basement washer and dryer, a front porch with stairs, and shared outside garden areas. Rent is $950/month, with tenant-paid utilities. Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers are proudly accepted. A one-month rental deposit is required. Pets are allowed, subject to a pet policy.
