Thistle Creek In 2007, Home, Inc. began construction of a six house project in the Thistle Creek development. These six homes were designed to be energy efficient, with an open floor plan that best utilizes space. The homes were completed in the fall and winter of 2007, and all of the homeowners were moved in by February 2008. This was the largest project Home, Inc. has completed to date. We are pleased to have six more affordable homes in Yellow Springs!
