built its first affordable house on

Home, Inc. rehabbed its second affordable house on
In 2004, Home Inc. received an almost $400,000 grant from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency to build and/or rehab up to 10 affordable homes. The first home completed with this grant was on South High Street. Home Inc.'s first newly constructed homes were completed shortly after on South High Street and Xenia Avenue. During 2007, Home, Inc. built 6 homes at the new Thistle Creek development to complete the 10 home project utilizing the grant from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. Home, Inc. also rehabbed our rental cottage on Xenia Ave with funds from our Capital Campaign in 2008. Home, Inc. completed its thirteenth homeownership home on Kenneth Hamilton Way during the fall of 2009.
