Also thank you to everyone who attended the recent Yellow Springs Home, Inc. Annual Meeting. The meeting featured a presentation on density by Ohio State University professor Steve Conn, which is airing now on local Yellow Springs channel 5.

New House!

We finished our 14th home this summer, located in the Stancliff development in Yellow Springs. The land for the home was donated by an anonymous donor. 800 Paint Place in Springfield, OH. donated all of the environmentally friendly, No VOC paint. Bob Zearfoss was the general contractor. Thanks for his hard work and over 250 hours of volunteer work, the house is ready for occupancy! An Open House was held on August 16.

The First Annual Tony Bent Affordable Housing  Award and Picnic:
