Eligibility Yellow Springs Home Inc. typically serves individuals and families making between $20,000 and $45,000, depending on family size and financial circumstances. We also offer accessible housing. In some circumstances, we are able to serve households making less or more than this income range. Please contact us to find out if you qualify, and click here for an application. Submitting your application with a $15 application fee is the first step toward getting on our list of approved homebuyers. Buying a new home for the first time can be an exciting and lengthy process. We’d like to help you get started and encourage you to start planning now. Our Program Manager can help you determine if you are ready for home ownership now, help you plan to get ready in the near future, guide you through the steps and requirements for placement on our list of approved homebuyers, and/or refer you to additional community resources as needed.
