Submitting your application with a $15 application fee is the first step toward getting on our list of approved homebuyers. Buying a new home for the first time can be an exciting and lengthy process. We’d like to help you get started and encourage you to start planning now. Our Program Manager can help you determine if you are ready for home ownership now, help you plan to get ready in the near future, guide you through the steps and requirements for placement on our list of approved homebuyers, and/or refer you to additional community resources as needed. Eligibility Yellow Springs Home, Inc. serves families making up to 100% Area Median Income (AMI), though many funding sources limit us to serving households making up to 80% AMI.
