Board and Staff

Yellow Springs Home, Inc. (YSHI) is a membership organization.  Once a year the general membership meets and elects trustees to the board.  Some of these nominations are made by the board and some by the membership.  The board has 12-15 members, one-third of whom are income qualified to own a YSHI home (less than area median income based on family size).  There is at least one homeowner representative on the board.
