Current Rental Unit In the Future Home, Inc. intends to rehab this unit. We have raised $30,000 to begin this project |
In early 2005, Yellow Springs Home, Inc. acquired its first
rental property with generous support from the Morgan Family
Foundation. Our intentions in purchasing this particular
property were to provide affordable rental units, possibly a
future office space, a modest income stream for the agency,
and a storage space for donated appliances, building
materials, and tools.

Home Inc. intends to fully rehab both the rental unit (above) and the shop (right). The shop (right) will have an additional level added to create an efficiency style rental unit. Also, Home Inc. would like to add an additional building to this property adjacent to the shop and behind the current rental unit. This project will commence after the completion of the houses at Thistle Creek. |
